February 18, 2008 Submission deadline for abstracts
March 31, 2008 E-mail notification of acceptance of abstract
June 3, 2008 Deadline for early conference registration
May 16, 2008 Receipt of the following submission on the conference website:
- 100 word summary of the paper, workshop, or case study
- Full paper in publication format
May 2008Preliminary conference schedule will be posted on website

Anyone submitting an accepted paper or workshop proposal must be registered for the conference. Presenters not registered will not be included the conference program and proceedings.
